Warranty Coverage:

  • We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship.

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — it does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, chewing, or improper care.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from normal use, including wear, chewing, tearing, or scratching.

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, or handling.

  • Products that have been modified or altered.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@barksandbraids.com or send us a DM on Instagram.

  2. We’ll review your claim and determine whether it qualifies under our warranty.

  3. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement product or store credit. Refunds are not typically provided for warranty claims.

Additional Information:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the defective item, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Barks and Braids reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the above conditions.
