Return policy

At Barks and Braids, we want you and your furry friends to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.

 

Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, including lick mats and other dog enrichment products.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@barksandbraids.com or DM us on Instagram with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return address.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original selected payment method.

  • Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
